Who Am I
My name is Matthew Ager and I am a passionate computer science student at the Barret Honors College, ASU. I love playing basketball with my buddies, hiking and camping all over Arizona, and listening to music in the car. I'm eager to get a job and begin my career in the software industry. My greatest passion in life, however, is programming.
I have been writing code on a nearly daily basis since the winter of my freshman year of highschool. Over that period, I have created projects which have been used and enjoyed by tens of thousands of people and viewed by millions. The feeling I get knowing something I have created is being enjoyed by so many people is like nothing else in the world.
What I look forward to most as I enter the software industry is the opportunity to work in a team. I love working on code with people, but none of my friends know about programming. Therefore it is uncommon for me to work on a project as part of a team, however, when I do, it is my favorite part of my greatest passion.
